The reality is the cayman and the Z have similar numbers all across the board.....

Not sure if this thread needs more discussion.
When you have a high 12 timeslip, you might be right. Until then, documented runs say the 370Z auto is faster than the Cayman S

Dont know what you are anal izing but you said the Z numbers were wrong and I said then the porsche numbers were to and if you correct the z numbers then correct the others numbers too and you get the same result, the Z getting beat. I tell you what just go race one and then post it on you tube for us to see.

Here is some basic drag racing education....

13.8 @ 103mph that i got with my Z was done by having a 2.5x 60ft time. Generally every 0.1 of a 60ft time will yield 0.2 off of your ET...
A decent launch with a RWD street car is 2.1 60ft time that means I sucked launching the Z yet still got 13.8.

So by following this fact proves that the magazine number that the OP posted for the Z is either bogus or sucked at launching the car. But the problem is that magazines can do infinite launches to get the best time unlike myself. I was limited to 2 runs.

AND AGAIN, that probably applied to all 3 vehicles.

And AGAIN that can NOT be applied to all 3 vehicles because the other vehicles are known for those 1/4 mile times by other magazines and board but the Z isn't!

370s trap 105-107 in good DA and put down low 13 1/4mile numbers

Ive seen other car mags and what not post a 5.1 0 60 time for the 370Z and some that have noted 4.6, so there is a big swing for the Z. It might be when and where they did the test for all I know but the Z is not a 4.6 all the time car. And Ive seen the porsche numbers lower too out there.
