Yes, and that's reasonable, except it's not exactly a deterministic outcome.

It's so unpredictable, that it's not even funny.

Point in case. My 550 WHP FWD piece of junk could only pull a 4.3 sec 0-60 in its prime, even with impeccable driving. It's hard to predict 0-60 performance.

Besides, if you actually line up two cars that run relatively disparate 0-60 times (let's say 5 sec 0-60 vs. 6 sec 0-60), the distance that separates them really isn't that great or even noticeable until you hit higher speeds.
