Crush gasket needed?

Yeah you need it. You can get away with reusing it but you can find them at any parts store too.

It's recommended you use a new washer, but it doesn't have to be a crush-style washer. My dad used 2 or 3 washers for the entire life of his previous car with no issue, but I'll be switching mine out every oil change.
