car is leaking a clear substance, need help!

that is all normal. water from a/c.
crackling noise is a cool sound though in a closed up garage.
the sound of speed cooling down.

Well it's a 2009. This is just one of those things that happens with aging..

True I would take it in to the dealer but I wouldnt say anything about clear leaking stuff.
