It basically looked like this:  Who puts conical seat lugnuts on wheels that take a flat seat lugnut? Apparently, Lancaster Nissan does. I ordered some new McGard locking lugnuts from Summit Racing: Summit Racing Part Number MCG-21153 These have a shank and washer like the rest of the lugnuts on the wheel, so hopefully these will do the trick. I'll keep you posted.
