Same here, I'll believe it when I see it. I loved my Koni yellows in my old car and will definitely get them for the Z to match my Swift springs.

rebe945 12-25-2011 08:02 AM

My Z today

All I can say is that I pulled the cover off started and ran the engine and took a short ride around my development to move the tires. Cleaned it up again with detailer and back under the cover. At night I go to you tube and watch assorted Z videos. Merry X Mas

Installed the PWJDM Shift knob (so awesome), and then a quick Griots Spray on Car Wash thereafter. Good stuff!

Found the Griots to have great lubricity, and a nice scent. I probably used 20 oz of a 35 oz container though. The spray pump worked really well, applying a generous coating. Very pleased with the product! Thanks for the recommend Mr. Kenchan! :tiphat:

LunaZ 12-26-2011 03:41 PM

Left her home, and boy am I glad.
Between the carnage at Best Buy and the accident on I-81S funneling Holiday traffic onto RT22 in Colonial Park, I was glad to be shleppin' around in an old Ford Ranger with a Glock sticker on the back window

np, mr.happy!

hey i actually MOTORED MY Z TODAY! yah, i did the steering lock replacement (check out the DIY section) and tried out the PWJDM knob.

looks moronic here but this is because i didnt feel like working on the knob today and just placed it over the nismo knob's rubber piece. :icon17:

http://www.the370z.com/members/kench...-13-37-240.jpg

the knob feels good, but the decorative strip in the middle eats at my hand... any way to smooth this thing out a little without using sand paper or a file?

kenchan 12-26-2011 04:41 PM

i kept the original in my trunk with a 12mm socket and flash light so i can replace it as needed within like 3min. :D haha

happytheman 12-26-2011 04:43 PM

Yup, it does look a little retarded! :)

Tougher hands will fix that problem right up! You're welcome! :tiphat:

In all seriousness, I didn't have any issues with the pattern, but I'm a palm shifter.

Want to sell me your stock knob?

gurneyeagle 12-26-2011 04:59 PM

Just got back from Dallas and Christmas with the family. Counted eleven Z's on the round trip, mainly Z33's.

Walked into the garage to check on the Z where it has been parked since Thursday, and just stood and admired her for a few minutes.

Beautiful car!

Happy Holidays all!
