I love the 40th's red brakes.

ZForce 12-11-2011 08:49 PM

Srenity, the 40th is looking good, the passenger side rear still looks a bit high. That is normal with Swifts and will settle in after time (and some weight in the passenger seat). The front facia looks good naked, plz dont stick that fugly plate on.

happytheman 12-11-2011 08:51 PM

What kind of springs did you put on Srenity? Yer ride's looking good chief! :)

Edit: Nvr mind. Swifts. Great springs!

Driving the car and applying the appropriate cornering forces seems to work also.

Astrosfan 12-12-2011 09:23 AM

Finally got my windows tinted yesterday. 30% up front and 20% around the back. I'll post up some pics later. Looks good and dark.

:iagree: 4-6 long canyon runs worked for me.

RobMan 12-12-2011 10:19 AM

I put on my Berk HFC's yesterday. Glad for the DIY's but damn that is a process that really takes much longer than it should. Car does sound better with the stock Nismo exhaust but I think it still needs some more sound. Looks like a call to FI will be in the near future.

ZForce 12-12-2011 07:22 PM

The bolts on the stock cats are a bugger to get off, stripped three of mine. Tapped them and good to go for when I have to reinstall the OEM cats to smog the car in 2015. The sound with Berks and Nismo is minimal. F.I. would be the way to go.

LunaZ 12-12-2011 08:11 PM

Loaded up some gear and drove out to a client's house to do her hair.
I don't typically do house calls, but in this case I made an exception.

KingZee 12-12-2011 10:55 PM

had a blast driving in the rain...I was really hoping to keep her inside for these couple days since I just washed and waxed but work circumstances forced me to take her out so I just had some slippery fun around some corners (safely)...the Continental all-seasons are great in the rain!

Can't keep a good car inside....any excuse to take her for a drive. Work is one of the oldest. :driving:

I never got around to finishing the story, because I was at a mild loss of words and decided to just hit "Submit Reply" and call it a day.
She has been battling cancer. Her hair came back in and she really needed some help with it, but she's utilizing an oxygen tank and can't go for long periods away from the breathing machine.
Her daughter, who is also a client of mine, asked me if I would go to their house and see her mom, and I of course said yes.

Fire 12-13-2011 01:36 PM

Hey, Mr. Kenchan! :hello:

I spent the morning at a client who machines custom truck parts. Oh boy.

AMI : Automotive Accessories for Cars and Trucks

There is nothing there for Z's.
