Wow! Bump! Is nobody across the forum some gazillion members strong not doing anything with their Z? Well I find that hard to believe!

Drove her to work and to the grocery store today. Parked out in the Amazon two spots down from a second generation Eclipse.

Just had F.I. HFC installed. Combined with the F.I. CBE the car sounds amazing now, and my but-dyno seems to notice a difference.

Dude I was thinkin the same all day. I periodically check in on my Droid and nobody was reporting anything! Slow day I suppose....

This is what I did with my 370z today.

http://www.fasttoys.net/wheels/konigafterburner.jpg
20x8.5 front 20x10 rear +25 offset (I think)

Hankook V12s 245/30/20 Front 275/35/20

I really wanted to go wider in the front but they don't make a 20x9 or 9.5. I'm hoping these look good and will ride well.

The think I'm concerned with is being able to drop on swift springs once I have these on.

They get installed tomorrow.. Pics coming!

In for pics! Can't wait to see how it looks on MB!

happytheman 06-09-2011 08:31 PM

Meh, if he's not tracking his car I don't suppose it'll matter much.

sigh. i just emptied the drip tray and i only filled up the 5 quart jug with about ~4.25 quarts of oil. oil burning, or dealer error? (my first oil change was free at the dealership)

edit: FYI, its been 3751 miles since my last oil change and im now at 7,000 miles!

ah ok. well im going to continue to monitor oil levels! almost every other car ive owned/done maintenance on i get within .25 quarts of what i put in. then again ive never owned a high output motor like the one in our Z's

My car will probably never see the track, so I'm not too worried about it. From what I've read the 20's weight about 30lbs each. Not too far off from my 18" base wheels.

My main concern is the potential for them bending. I've had several pair of Konig's (was even sponsored at one point) and never had a problem but read a lot of threads with people bitching about it.

The wheels get put on at noon tomorrow. Pics soon :)

I really hope I can still go with the swift spring drop I plan, provided that they ever get delivered. 40days and counting.
