edit: FYI, its been 3751 miles since my last oil change and im now at 7,000 miles!

Do not worry yet. You have a 3 year warranty. I used a quart every 500 miles so I did the oil consumption test, failed and got a new engine. Now with 3500 miles on this engine I've used two quarts at a slowing rate. If you are still burning oil at 10,000 miles you ought to check it out with the dealer. I think you will be fine, although I may still be in the woods.

My car will probably never see the track, so I'm not too worried about it. From what I've read the 20's weight about 30lbs each. Not too far off from my 18" base wheels.

My main concern is the potential for them bending. I've had several pair of Konig's (was even sponsored at one point) and never had a problem but read a lot of threads with people bitching about it.

The wheels get put on at noon tomorrow. Pics soon :)

I really hope I can still go with the swift spring drop I plan, provided that they ever get delivered. 40days and counting.

with my tires the rears weighed 70lbs each

Doesn't really bother me. I like the way they look and I'm not all that interested in tracking the car or winning any races.

Here's a quick pic from my iPhone, more to come..

^ looks great. If the headlights were done. BAM! It would be bad a$$.

I just drove my car today.

nynhex that looks very nice! matches your blue Z pretty well

Nynnhex, I think the wheels look sweet! They've got a subtlety that I wouldnt've guessed. Now you've really got to do something about those calipers. I think a bit of powder coating is in order, don't you?

Gave her a wash and blow-dry. Also gave her a bit of a wax job to keep those special areas looking smooth and silky!

I totally agree. I'd like to find someone local in Houston who can help me. I've done them before but they are a pain in the *** and I'm rather clumsy.

I'm with you on that one. The calipers will come off soon. We have a powdercoating oven at work so I'll probably do them in a black or anthracite color.

One day at a time.. I'm going to be eating peanutbutter and jelly sammiches for a few weeks while recovering from the wheel expense. But I couldn't pass up the deal.

Driving on 20's is way different. But they rock.

I attempted to wire my turbo timer and failed again.

Going to clear the dead bugs off the front end then run it up "Fast Eddie's" for a wash. Put it back in the garage and do a little detail work on it. Anyone recommend a good product for polishing the wheels?

Finished waxing her sexy bits and gave her wheels a QD.

"Fast Eddie's" just sounds like it would be a horrific idea.

Be careful with wheel polishes. You should treat your wheels like you would your paint in consideration of the clear coat that's on them.

Tried to installed the EVO-R rear valance but won't fit because of the F.I. Exhaust tip distance to the bumper.

I guess I will need to do some type of shimming or some type of "jerry rig".
