Daily Driver during the summer for me too monday - friday. This is my second Z (had a 350 previously) and the mpg is virtually identical. It's consistantly 17.4 according to the car. Never calculated it on paper to see how accurate that is. My round trip is just shy of 100 miles a day, all back roads. Stop signs, traffic lights, little old ladies, garbage trucks, school buses routes and lets not forget the a-holes that are heading nowhere and have all the time in the world to get there !!

shfeddy 08-13-2014 09:24 AM

On the highway i'll get around 42+ MPG, City will be about 20ish. Ever since i got my supercharger, i've had way higher MPG on highway, I thought it was an error at first when I saw the realtime display of my MPG, but I reset my MPH/MPG gauge and it said i was getting 40+ MPG

occarclub 09-07-2014 04:17 PM

What's your MPG like?

Hello everyone! Im just wondering what everyones MPG in there 370z is like. What is it if you have a real lead foot? And what is it if you drive very slow and accelerates low (boring lol) Thanks everyone!

cigarclifford 09-07-2014 04:21 PM

:bowrofl::roflpuke2::bowrofl:

maro 09-07-2014 06:05 PM

I had 20.5 mpg before my fuel pump went bad and after fixed i get 15.4 wtf???,, im not sure if this is normal or not ,,

0101 09-08-2014 08:44 AM

I'm new to the Z, so I'm not sure yet.
For a 2009 6-speed sports model doing 100% highway, what should I expect?
25ish?

Minsu 09-08-2014 09:41 AM

Less, I get 19 high way

Aescen 09-08-2014 09:57 AM

Yea so, I was averaging 23. Now that I've settled in to the Z, I've found myself driving it a little differently. I'm down to 19-20MPG, as of my last tank refill. I suppose, especially with the 6MT, it depends how you're driving it.

benji 09-08-2014 11:29 AM

i have had my Z for about a month now, MT and i seem to get 17-19 mpg TOPS. in all fairness, after shes warmed up i do usually get on her a little bit. i live out in the country so the temptation to drive spiritedly away from traffic is constant. way i see it, you gotta pay to play.

Minsu 09-08-2014 11:30 AM

I get 14.1 , 16.9 as of this month city, high way respectively

Uxi 05-04-2015 12:01 PM

After 2 weeks and about 900 miles, showing 19.5. Definitely more thirsty than what I'm used to (about every 5-6 days).

Oops, sorry about thread necromancy

Blk_Z34 05-04-2015 10:24 PM

19.5-20.5mpg, 60%fwy, 40%city on my 13 6MT:driving:

Smashley 05-05-2015 12:09 AM

20-21.9 60/40 hwy/city DD

370zHawaii 05-05-2015 08:02 AM

Was getting 19/23 70/30 on Nismo but last week that changed for some reason, the only thing I could think of was the recent oil change I did, noticed the oil temp dropped as well. Doubt it is the weather as it only gets warmer here in Florida. Now its 22/26. My average is 23.2. I have a heavy foot and drive aggressively. In Hawaii I was averaging 18/22 base model all year round!!

I also use cruise control every chance I get when I reach a certain speed usually 5-10 miles over the speed limit on the highway as much as possible. I don't know if that effects MPG. I also don't drive through much traffic my schedule is opposite for the day birds, and there is not much traffic at night.

Edit: Well since I know longer travel on the highway to the university, my gas mileage has dropped significatly, now I am averaging 16mpg woohoo!!!

felix0121 07-23-2015 09:23 PM

How's your gas mileage ??

Mobil 1 5W30 regular + BG EPR & MOA applied.

Anyway now it's too much expensive gas here in California.

:D

Duc_Z09 07-23-2015 09:27 PM

My gas mileage is shitty. If I cared I'd be driving a Prius. Good thing I don't care.

getpho 07-23-2015 09:30 PM

For real man. I'm only getting 14 mpg. Still don't care it's too fun to care.

About what you get. Not worried about it. I enjoy the heck out of it. Worth every penny.

BGTV8 07-23-2015 11:02 PM

10.7 litres per 100 kilometres, averaged over 128000kms

nismo13807 07-24-2015 01:44 AM

RN SHARK 07-24-2015 02:05 AM

I get about 4-5mpg on the track. Not sure about street driving, but I know it's better than my SRT.

26 mpg on a 370Z with a supercharger installed ??

OMG

Unbelievable !! :D

Powerwiz 07-24-2015 06:30 AM

I get about 350-370 out of a tank to and from work. Highway some more. I happen to live in a city for whatever reason everyone drives the speed limit or slower. 9 times out of 10 the fast lane is occupied by a moron going 50-55.

Ed_Collins 07-24-2015 06:38 AM

Owning a Z and worrying about gas mileage is like a woman getting breast augmentation and then worrying about the cost of bras.

18-21 boosted city/street/highway fun driving

MarkGideon 07-24-2015 08:36 AM

I use Fuelly to track mileage in both my cars, and have been tracking my fill-ups in my Z since the first fill-up. My average over the 16,000+ miles since I purchased it is 23.1 MPG.

benji 07-24-2015 08:36 AM

i have kept a healthy 14.8 MPG on 91 octane (no ethanol gas used) i throw a can of 44k fuel injector cleaner in it every time i take a trip.

I've been using Fuelly also for my Z and Prius:

Logged almost 20,000 miles so far since Apr 2013 with the Z....avg fuel-up price $47.62...avg 20.2 mpg....more than $3,600 spent on fuel. My best mpg was 26 mpg and I have no clue how that happened.

As compared to my '04 Prius...about 18,000 miles tracked since July 2014....avg fuel-up price $18.55...avg 45.1 mpg....best was 68.4 mpg. Love the Z but much love for the Prius also!

It so is my stomach hurts. I mean come on, whats next? Whats your air/fuel ratio? Whats your zinc and calcium ppm elements in your oil? I'm being sarcastic if you can't tell.

LENTZ 07-24-2015 09:40 AM

I am 90% highway and average 20.6 MPG. I drive a bit spirited and always in sport mode. Still getting better gas mileage than both my Jeep and RX-8 got combined so I cant complain.

Is that based on the display in the car? Once you swap out the injectors it's way off.

Was just gonna say this. Mine says 20.6 and id be surprised if I am actually getting more than 12-14. Maybe worse since I am running E85. I have never even bothered hand calculating it.

I sit around 14-15 and the display has me well over 20.
