Ive already made a claim with my insurance company to go after hers for the damage. My insurance company said i would have to call her company up myself and make the diminished value claim. So i will be doing that today

Her insurance company is responsible for your damages and loss of value. What company is this? My experience was with Allstate and it was relatively painless..

Her insurance is Metropolitan Life. I am going to address this today, I have heard so many different ways to approach this, but forget about a lawyer, i will be demanding a claim for loss of value.
