Couple things to be aware of... I just had my GTO totaled by someone running a red light.
Always call the police... expect the other driver to lie. Be careful going through your own insurance as you may lose the ability to claim diminished value. Its usually in your policy that they won't pay it. However since you have no agreement with her insurance, you have a better shot of getting them to pay it. |

Wouldn't GAP cover that anyway? I'm assuming since he bought a sports car that he has GAP insurance.
