Well, $28K is my limit no matter what goes down, but lower would be nicer. I plan to spend a few hours there with an extensive test drive. I wont be in any rush. Any key features I should check on the vehicle/ things to be aware of? Thanks in advance.

The only issue on the '09s is the ECU whine and weak hatch springs. No guarantee the car will have or not have those issues, but check for them. Probably not a deal breaker.

The ECU whine I know about, but what should I be looking for to see if the hatch springs are defective? What exactly happens? Do they not open the hatch on their own?
