I'm not sure I understand this part about fixing the current 370s on the road. They're not broken. What's there to fix?

What plate would that be? You seem to be a pretty one dimensional Wannabee car guy. Grow a few whiskers and you may find cars are about more than drag racing.....I really don't expect you to "get it" though based on your posts...
