You're kidding right? You might want to take a look at what some of the most popular road coursing cars are, right now...Miatas and E30's may as well own the track.

Hate to be the devils advocate, but while I agree the guy is a bit pompous and misinformed...who here seriously thinks the performance-oriented 3-series' aren't fun?

Having spent a ton of seat time in everything from E21's to E92's, the fun to drive 3 series died with the E46...which is a shame. 335's are amazingly capable cars, but they aren't fun to drive IMO.

Hmmm your right I should rephrase.. My comment is not reguarding the older bmws just the newer 325/328 vehicles.. The 335 is nice which I have driven but still not as fun as the z. It's just too refined but it's a completely diff car. Not to meantion they are ticking time bombs when modified.. Chip it launch it a few times and you'll have yourself a nice broken
axle.
