I have this neighbor across the street who made it a point to rev his 2000 cobra as loud as he could whenever i was washing my car, then he'd back out of his drive and go tearing down the street like an idiot, speed limit is 25 by the way... Lol, sweet justice the other day when I come home and see his car with the front bumper cover off, getting winched onto a trailer. I go over and look in the engine bay because the hood is open and what do I see, his timing chain sprocket has snapped off launching the chain on the driver side through the cover and top of the valve cover. Even better is he did it right around the corner from where we live. Apparently he doesnt realize that its bad to start your car and then immediately do that kind of crap, especially as often as he did. sorry about the long post.

And as far as people acting crazy around the Z... I feel ya man, people here in Enterprise, AL arent very considerate drivers anyway, then I get the Z, it's almost comical, almost.

Most of my aggro comes from Porsche owners without fail.

If it wouldn't get my car keyed I'd get the plates "LOLUMAD"

LOL - I live over in Daleville right now and I know what you mean. People down here don't drive real friendly anyway - but going through E-prise is often funny. Haven't had anyone try to race me really other than on a trip to Dothan. A Mustang, Camaro and what turned out to be an undercover cop in a really sweet blacked out Charger. We weren't going that fast - 80 in the 65 - but when I started to pull around the Charger he hit his lights for a second, put his hand out the window and motioned to slow down, then gave me a thumbs up. Was pretty funny really.

Hey cool, what portion are you teaching? I'm about to start the 64 course. In fact this is my study break! Perhaps I'll see you around.

I pulled into the gas station and I see a black gt3 already getting gas.
He was staring at my car as I pulled in.
I get out to pump my gas and he's about to leave and all of a sudden he does a burnout and chirps like no other! LOL!
Man, oh man does that car sound badass @ WOT!

Every new Porsche will defeat the 370z, which Porsche owners are giving you trouble, must be older models

in my experience, a fast driver in a slow car will always drive faster than a slow driver* in a fast car

*'slow' driver= driver who obeys posted speed limits

idk, Caymans? Boxters? I have no idea if they are new or not. They all look identical (model year wise) to me.

It has nothing to do with racing or whatever and everything to do with Porsche owners having something to prove. My dad drives a Vette and every Porsche owner does the same thing to him. Same for my friend in a WRX. The car doesn't pick the driver, but most dudes in Porsches I've seen are 50 year old guys who are out to prove something.

Also to where I live: I'm right next to Moorestown/Mount Laurel. I see Porches quite often. At least four or five a week, I'd say.

edit: no really, I respect the performance of porches but i seriously can't tell the difference between them MY wise. at all. the differences are so subtle it is baffling.

Whenever those d-bags try that ish with me I LOVE raping Porsches!!! The look on their face is priceless!! When they hear my BOV's they KNOW it's over!!! I don't pick on others and generally try to avoid confrontations, BUT....My motto "Don't mess with me & you won't get your feelings hurt!!!!"
588 whp.....fcuk yeah!!!
