Pffff...8 track all the way! I miss the experience of having the music distort, speed up, then stop completely, and THEN pull the cartridge out then spend 10 minutes pulling the broken tape out and off the interior rollers to find the splice had come apart, and THEN try to straighten all the tape, resplice and reroll tape back into cartridge...wait, maybe I don't miss that after all. But it was the early 70's and I made $1.60 an hour so one had to do what one had to do
