I hope this guy knows what he is doing, filthy rich or not if the buyer gets annoyed he can make a legal dispute just to give this guy a hard time. Probably just a funny story to help sell the car.

If they are selling it the title must be in her name. Done deal. But the rich guys is an idoit and dad better not leave the money or business to him, he will just give it away to a hooker or someone he is in lust over.
