Your Most Ridiculous OCD Move

I believe in using the things I buy, so I don't go to that extreme. Like, the people who buy a couch and immediately cover it in plastic so it protects the material and keeps the couch from becoming ugly. Of course, the plastic MAKING it ugly !

I do, however, have a small detail station in my garage with a wall-mounted vaccuum with about 15 feet of hose on it that I can just flip on and hit the carpet/mats with easily.

We interrupt this thread for a quick (out-of-date photo). Not sure why my 2200 PSI Karcher pressure washer is away from its slot. Also, to the right would be my rolling "sit-on-my-butt-while-I-wash-the-lower-sides-of-the-car" apparatus (but I hadn't built it yet

). Finally, I have Altec-Lansing speakers with iPod dock that replaced the "boombox" you see a little bit on the left.

Love the hearts on the shelving for your detail stuff..

But seriously that's awesome.. I do not have this OCD gene.. and while a pain I know for some.. it would be awesome to be forced to keep stuff that organized sometimes.

Hehe, didn't expect anyone to look that closely. Bookshelves out of pine taken from our daughter's room when we got her "grown up" furniture. Painted it white to go with the garage colors and it makes a good place to stack stuff. Hey ! If I didn't save money SOMEWHERE, I couldn't have afforded this car !
