Do you drive with Vehicle Dynamic Control(VDC) off or on?

Off on surface streets, but on when I'm on the freeway. If it rains here (rare) I'll leave it on. Countless times I've made a right-hand turn and went to

Countless times I've made a right-hand turn and went to accelerate (normally) and it felt like I missed a shift or something, but the TCS just cut power. ** that annoying **, making me look bad and almost killing me.
