Im in Baltimore where its been snowing like crazy over the past week. The car hasnt moved in quite sometime. This morning I was out shoveling and got the snow off the top of the car. There were no scratches to be seen as I am super carefull around the car and havent even had it a month. I go outside about an hour ago to finish shoveling and their car that was parked next to mine on the passenger side of my car is gone and thats when I see the scratch. So by my powers of deduction it seems pretty straight foward as to who the culprit is.

Im sure it wont be that hard to fix its just the principle of the matter
