Ahhhh, that's different, i haven't watched that - my bad. I saw just a few snippets out of it and it seemed too fast n furious like. The anime is actually really *really* well done, highly recommend it.

It probably never got released in English speaking countries. It was shot in Japan, but with mostly Taiwanese and Hong Kong actors, mostly Cantonese as the spoken language in the movie.

You missed his point: it doesn't exist like Dragonball Evolution doesn't exist...

But, the character you referenced would be the equivalent to 'Iggy' from the manga/anime who drove the AE85 Levin.

In the manga/anime, it was Itsuki Takeuchi.

And yes, chendaxian is probably the real life version of him
