You're right. Let me go easy with a trial run dinner for this week first.
Korean pork 4 pork loin strips Soy sauce (low sodium) - 5 tbsp Rice vinegar - 1tbsp Sweet soy glaze - 1-2tbsp Fish sauce - 5 dashes Chinese 5 spice - couple dashes Garlic powder - enough to cover top of pork 3 tbsp Garlic chili sauce Pinch Brown sugar Toss everything in a slow cooker and cook 4 hrs on high or until shreddable
