What’s going on Soho and Admin?

So it begs the question. Why get a reputable builder/tuner to build you an engine, only to have it tuned by someone else? The logic doesn't work for me. Or

Why get a reputable builder/tuner to build you an engine, only to have it tuned by someone else? The logic doesn't work for me.
