Did the prior owner repaint the front bumper?

is the vin tag on the bump? If so, probably just a respray which isn't uncommon due to rock chips/scratches. And I wouldn't worry about it. Originally Posted by ptrinh301

Does anyone got the same issue buying used?

When I checked the car history, the last owner took the car to the dealer for maintenance every 5000 miles.

Not sure if I get a lemon
