had my 16 Z 3 years, enjoyed the heck out of it..just traded it on a 17 Carrera S with twin turbos 420HP.(stock from factory it is)
Im 70 ,have the $$ and decided Im not going to take it with me..

Good for you. I'm glad that you enjoyed your Z and I hope you created many great memories with it.

You'll always have a place here among us, just don't become one of those stuck up "better than thou" Porsche owners.

Funny you say that about the money. My father said exactly the same thing, he always wanted a Mercedes since he moved to Canada back in the early 70s. He said you can't take the money with you (he and mom had enough saved) and bought the Mercedes he always wanted. Two years later he passed away at he age of 44 due to a cardiac arrest while we were playing hockey. If you have the money, enjoy it within your means.

You live near roads with beautiful scenery. I used to drive through Placerville a lot when I lived in SF and went back and forth to Tahoe.
