It requires a significant redesign to incorporate direct injection into an engine, basically a new engine.

2015+ Headers are a different design. Could be a contributing factor.

The only difference between a Nismo exhaust and the base models. Is the cbe and the pipes from the manifolds back. The manifolds are the same as the heads. The one year, they changed the exhaust stud location for the manifolds.
