I wasn’t even doing anything stupid I was driving normal like a granny and he pulls me over says your exhaust is loud and your window tint and ends up writing me for loud exhaust and expiered insurance. Nothing for my windows or missing front license plate.

From what I understand is that the non-correctable means you have to get it signed off by a state ref, if it's correctable, any officer can sign it off. It still won't go you your record.
