So on the ticket the insurance bs says correctable cuz I do have insurance just the card was expired. And the loud exhaust says noncorrectable so I was confused does

And the loud exhaust says noncorrectable so I was confused does it stay on my record or not? I wasn’t even doing anything stupid I was driving normal like a granny and he pulls me over says your exhaust is loud and your window tint and ends up writing me for loud exhaust and expiered insurance. Nothing for my windows or missing front license plate.
