remote start ?

I have a shop who is putting my viper remote start in and they know how to bypass and all that stuff. They are having trouble locating the neutral safety

They are having trouble locating the neutral safety relay wire. There are no tech sheets showing where this is located. If anyone knows where this could be located that would be great! A diagram showing it would be even better!
