Just bought my 2011 Sport in May with about 45k and I love it.
It was also garage kept from the look of it. Engine bay and undercarriage looked really clean. Only issue that I needed to fix was to clean the throttle bodies. However this seems to be a common issue on 370Zs every 40k miles or so.

It doesn't hurt to clean the throttle bodies, but I don't think they cause any issues at 40k miles unless it has the over-oiled filters that gunk them up along with the MAF's.
