Interior Door Panel on Base differs from Touring?

Mine wont be a daily driver, but more less a weekend fun car so I dont need the heated leather, autodimming mirror, etc. The fabric seemed pretty much identical to what was on the seat, almost like a tight fit mesh material in some ways, only (like you said) heavily cushioned.

I could almost guess if you went to nissan to buy the door panels it would cost you about 75% of the amount that the entire touring package would cost...naturally!
