I guess what Geek and me are saying is
that I have never seen this type of material
ever inside any automobile since I have
been alive. Period !

Hahaah they gotta cut corners somewhere. In my '08 Accord LX-P, the seat cloth is super duper thin. It's nothing like the Accord LX from the old days. [sigh]

Exactly what I was getting at. The first thing that I thought when I felt it is "Why not try this material out in the Versa first?"...

Guess I may wait an extra month or two and get a Touring...

Well it's not all dealerships really just the American brands. They keep disigning ugly, heavy underpowered for the weight of the vehicle, cars that just don't sell. All of the higherend dealers are doing fairly well. This is the first year since the begining that Nissan has even seen a drop in sales.

Can't forget Toyota! Ofcourse, as I've stated before, I don't know whether to laugh or cry when I see Toyota executives absolutely bumfuddled that they can't sell $20,000 Corolas...
