Driveway vs Garage Owners

We have 2 reserved parking spaces at my gf's townhome. I reverse in and she pulls in so our passenger doors are facing each other and we can pull as close as possible.

We know the neighbor that parks next to me and they're very nice and love my car, so I think I'm safe
