Every time I drive the wife’s V2, I have to suppress intrusive thoughts….seats, headlights, door handles, steering wheel, interior trims……:roflpuke2:

speaking of intrusive thoughts, i pulled the trigger on some headlights. Hopefully I like them. I'm not worried about the install. I wired in a Haltech dash, i can wire some damn headlights.

I picked up a Z1 strut brace while I was at it. the steep discount and the ability to adjust dampening without smashing my hand seemed worth it enough.

I did clear coat the Top Secret lip and it looks MUCH better. it's not perfect but a major improvement, so ill take that as a win. Ill be cleaning my air filters when i have the bumper off this time and mounting the fog/driving lights further forward.

Tore down the front of the engine on my Z 2 weekends ago to address an oil leak caused by a cracked rear timing cover, took my time and made sure all seals were replaced and accounted for and that I upgraded the bolts and gaskets on the oil gallery along with dabbing all the upgraded screws with blue lock tite, unfortunately one of the wires for a connector on the ac compressor decided to disintegrate so have to fix the connector and get that connected back up before summer gets here, but otherwise she’s back up and running and acting as if nothing happened :)

I'm still rock'n the Z after all these years, bought mine brand new back in 2010

I’m so happy to see an enthusiast who kept a car they love for this long and so clean and not clapped out! Love it!

Got the Bridgestones installed. Other new parts on the car are the Morimoto headlamps and the Z1 Strut Brace

I LOVE my Morimotos. I got the taillights too. I think they are the coolest headlights on any car. And I got a REALLY good deal on Black Friday.
Love your setup.

Can I make a request? Do you think you could take a picture from inside you car at night to show the light pattern from your Morimotos?
I can’t tell if mine need adjusting or if it’s just because the light output is so different.

Yeah I'll grab one Saturday evening. I definitely didn't align them to "spec" but i put them close to where my beams were with the lasfit mod on my stock headllights.

No worries.

Since this thread seems to be the bulk of all posts anymore, I’ve got a wheel fitment question for you knowledgeable peoples.

I’m pondering new wheels and was wondering if this setup works for the Z?
I’m pretty clueless about wheels, so forgive my ignorance.
