I came very close to hitting a deer this morning. 5 am, dark, highway on ramp, around a curve, spirited driving. she was just standing there in the middle of the road. I started to apply my brakes and fade left, in the direction she was facing. luckily she turned around and walked the opposite way. missed her by less than 10 feet probably doing 40. close call.

Day Eight: 6:52 wheel-hours; 439 miles. From Missoula, MT to Jackson, WY. Enjoying the wilderness - on foot - for a few days. Total mileage so far - 5,423.
In the meanwhile, enjoy the Grand Tetons (that's Big Titties in French) in the background. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c95f16096f.jpg Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |

haven't been on here much lately and forgot to post this, but at the end of june I drove down from Boston to Myrtle Beach for a golf trip. On the way down I stayed overnight at my uncles in NY, but on the way back did the entire trip from Myrtle Beach back to Boston in ONE DAY. I was completely out of it by the time I got back. I was on the road that day from 5AM until 10PM :ughdance:

Finally got around to installing the z1 cai i've had laying around. Pretty straight forward. My only advice is to let the car idle without revving for a good while to give the ecu time to adjust. I think i got a lil too excited the first time around and revved the engine before ecu had time to adjust. Lol. Car went into limp mode and i had to go through the throttle body relearn procedure. Won't do that again. Lol

Day Nine: Back on the Road! 9:42 wheel-hours; 612 miles. From Jackson, WY to Dickinson, ND. Yellowstone was a hot, wet, filthy mess of construction and ignorant foreign tourists putting diesel in their rentals; taking US 20 eastbound out of the park was almost worth it tho. Pushed into MT and avg.'d five shy of a bill over the 248 miles from Billings to the ND border. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...ab86773922.jpg

Also installed my Evo-R carbon fog pod on my v1 nismo rear bumper. My z is a 2016 but I converted it to a 2010 nismo rear. I originally had the fog light but the nismo one didnt had it. So I installed it back !

I hate to be that guy, but I'm about to install the Z1 fog light because the Evo-R one has blown LEDs on mine.
I'd consider swapping. |
