First off good to hear you or passenger weren't hurt. The Z is repairable from what I can see, But you need to first see what the insurance adjuster claims

 The Z is repairable from what I can see, But you need to first see what the insurance adjuster claims finds before claiming it a total loss.  Good Luck!
