There are a lot of factors to consider here. Do you have cash in hand? Or are you going to be financing?
You can get a much better deal buying private party assuming you have the $$ ready to go. The advantage of going with a dealer is all the paperwork/financing can be done in house...but you won't get the best deal. It really comes down to convenience and what you're willing to pay. If you're not in a rush...take your time and shop around until you find the best deal!
