Obviously older should theoretically be cheaper. But the newer, pre-facelift nismos had 2-tone paint and a lot of people didn't like that. YMMV. IMO it should be just like buying

IMO it should be just like buying any other car; make an offer and see if they bite. Mileage will play a big factor too. Any dealership will give you the rare car song and dance to try to avoid negotiating, but they're not THAT rare so don't be fooled.
Also you're not that far from me, so don't buy a black one.
