Why do I want to sell my car?

I'm thinking of getting rid of the Z and getting back into an S2000cr or 2007 gpw/red S2000. I miss the s2000 all the time , and realy miss the convertable!

I wouldn't compare the Z with the Cayman S. Maybe the regular Cayman. The maintenance will be high on any Porsche compared to the Z.

I went back to a P-car, but I do miss my black Z.

The Cayman S is the porsche they pin against a 370z sport in magazines. Any magazine will give porsche hands down the trophy for refined agility and premium feel in the suspension motor transmission and smoother in the overall feel. The Z feels, harsh, coarse and unrefined by comparison. So in that sense there's no comparison.
Throw the Z on the track and if you just rate raw performance. Z the is just as capable.

For half the price I will take capability over refinement. The porsche is a great car but I love my "Crude lil Z".

+1........ I like the Porsche as well, but it is more of a headache to have. I would hope that the Porsche Cayman S would be a better car if you are paying almost twice as much.

iv'e said it before on here but worth repeating..............
370 for the money kicks xss in it's class imho best drive train in its class...
same can be said for the vette. the vette is the only car i would trade my 370 in for. since iv'e owned both i would know what i'm getting myself into.

Agree! Note though that 90+% of the time, our cars don't hit the track. Just imagine how many hours we could be enjoying the refinements of the Cayman. Just like the mattress salesman said, "you spend 1|3 of your life in bed, so buy the best bed you could afford and enjoy it to the max!"
