Ac issues?

There's a cooling system issue there for sure I am in Madera and I run mine sitting still with no heating up. This is in 112 degree heat, ice cold

This is in 112 degree heat, ice cold in the car with no hint of temperature fluctuations. If anything shouldn't the car run cooler or normal at the least with the air on?
