Couldn't one put some car wax on the lower 1-2" of glass, and prevent the ice from sticking (hard) to the window?
Here in Oklahoma, we'll wake up with up to an inch of ice covering the car...if not more. LOTS of Freezing Rain > snow in the PITA Scale. |

For sure - and when I see that, I usually pour another cup of joe and work from home. If I get caught at the office - nasty. You need dynamite to get that stuff off.
