38k OTD sounds like a good deal to me. I paid $41k OTD for a '16 6MT non-tech a couple of months ago and the best any of the other dealerships could do was closer to $44k OTD. II'm in MD though and at the time it didn't seem like there were any actually for sale in the state, the one i got was transferred up from VA.
