Still defending bad companies, eh Birdman? First gtm, then spec, now mishimoto? The fact that yours didn't fail doesn't mean it's not a cut-rate product. It just means you got one of the good ones. Hopefully since the op has a sponsorship they let the smart kids in the sweatshop make it, not the usual kid with the extra chromosome.
I wish I had a picture of the pile of takeoff bad mishimoto parts that used to be behind one of our local shops. It was impressive. Op, be very careful with this. Make sure you only get parts that won't kill your motor if they fail. I'd stay away from the oil cooler and thermostat specifically.
