I have to agree with some of the comments in here. Let's focus at the root problem and assume the wheel could be considered straight. Did you ever find out why the wheel or the tire wobbled? Was it the whole assembly wobbling (sign of a wheel bolted incorrectly)? Or was it the tire mounted "crooked" (sign of a bead, or both, seating incorrectly)? Or both?

This shows that whether it was a "reputable" shop or a shop that's considered "BS" are the same on one aspect, they can make a mistake.

Regarding Tires Plus comment, were they given a chance to take off the wheel and tire assembly from the car for inspection or was it just a "tire-kicking" look-see at the parking lot?

I agree with the "back wheel on the front" explanation.

Did you double check to make sure the weights didn't fall off one of the wheels?

Even if the weights fell off, the wheel would not wobble. There would be a vibration felt at speed, but the wheel should still roll straight.

To draw an informed conclusion we need answers to the question in post #16. Any wheel spacers involved?

If you actually read my post... I said that because they told me my wheel was damaged.. when in fact the wheel was fine. It isn't because of the wheel..

They took the wheel off.. and told me the reason for the wobble was because I must have hit a pot hole and damaged my wheel.

The tires look to be balanced properly and it is the only wheel out of the 4 that is having this issue. I still do not know the cause of the issue at this point.

^^Did you actually see this wobble or lack there of in person while the wheel was on the spin balancer?

If it was spinning straight then it has to be a mounting issue on your car.

You could also have a cupped tire. This is getting annoying now a days. We have a lot of this issue on my work trucks (Chevy 1500 Z71's) even with new tires they can come a little cupped. If all that is checked you need to start looking into hubs/bearings/suspension issues I would think.
