this is dynojet? I wonder why mine only read 268whp/220t. must've been real cold where that was tested? a question, my lsd overheated a while back and needed it's oil

I wonder why mine only read 268whp/220t. must've been real cold where that was tested? a question, my lsd overheated a while back and needed it's oil replaced. could it have affected the numbers?
