You might want to check this place out. You get a whole kit to match your color & they have videos on how to do it.

was the clearcoat removed in the round cloudy part at the top? if so id search around for those mobile touchup places dat fix used cars. they can paint match well and blend the clear using air brush.

if it's just the line scratch, then yah, id just touch it up with the bottle.

I say you do it on the other side and call it an 'aero' kit.

I would touch it up and move on. Repainting the bumper for that would be costly and probably not worth it. Also consider if you see yourself doing any other cosmetic mods down the road like replacing that rear bumper all together.

To have that repainted corrected you're looking at 400-600 bucks.
-They have to completely remove the bumper
-They have to tint the paint to match your color with test panels
-They have to spend a little time smoothing out those scratches and prepping the bumper for paint.
-They have to spray the bumper and clear it....and then probably come back over and wet stand it to try and match the factory orange peel in your quarter panels..

After all that, it still may not be as perfect of a match as it was before and silver is such a hard color to match that it's almost certainly going to seem off in some lighting.

I did that with touch up once, it was okay for a month or so. Then the OCD started to kick in and I realized how terrible it looked because of how out of place the caked texture looked.

My eyes seemed to magnetize to just that general area of the car whenever I walked up towards it.

well, if u took the time to wet sand and polish the touchup correctly it wouldnt look like a blob, but then datz just me.

i fixed a rock ding on my G a few yrs ago. pushed the dent out first, then touched up. i need to go look for it to find where i did the work.

Don't forget that if the bumper is painted, then the rear quarters will have to be scuffed and repainted also, to blend everything in. Better to just hit it with the touch up paint (taking your time) and let it ride.

Automotivetouchup.com sells standard touchup as well as spray bombs, and quarts/gallons using your factory paint codes to match. I have bought from them many many times... Just ordered spray bombs to touch up my 98 subby outback.
