major issue with AEROJACKET.... anyone heard from them lately or had similar issue??

I bought a CF duckbill from them on 9/10/15, I didn't get the part until the first week of Oct. I emailed several times, and the only times I heard

I emailed several times, and the only times I heard back is when I threatened to file a claim with Paypal.
