Make some wood ramps and cribbing blocks that can stack. Works wonders.






Got the idea from here:
Wood cribbing block DIY for raising the car in addition to jack stands | VW TDI forum, Audi, Porsche, and Chevy Cruze diesel forum

The ramps allow me to reach my front and rear jack points, then I raise the car and rest it on the blocks. Rock solid.

yep. and if i had the money for a bigger garage (i guess i do but dont want to move right now since house is paid off), i would just get a lift in there..
