Got hit today by a negligent driver.

I'd hope for a total loss... Sad to see a 40th go, But once repaired it may not be the same again. But I think they will total it. The rear wheel is pushed out of alignment somehow (spin into a curb?) so there's going to be possibility of some undercarriage damage if not just suspension.

If they don't this will be on the Z's carfax and it will diminish it's value pretty badly... You can ask/fight for the difference in diminished value by getting a trade in quote from a dealership and using that as evidence that the value took a big hit.

Yeah I got spun out but not into a curb. I saw the rear wheel poking out as well and was wondering why this was the case. I kinda wish that it is totaled because the car will diminish in value greatly..
